The Domaine Arnaud Ente, located in Meursault, is one of the rarest and most admired estates in Burgundy. Founded in the early 1990s, it now covers approximately 4.5 hectares, with a deliberately limited production of 15,000 to 20,000 bottles per year.
Managed by Arnaud Ente, in collaboration with his wife Marie-Odile and their son Guillaume, the estate embodies an extremely precise approach to viticulture. The work in the vineyard is almost meditative: low yields, hand harvesting, gentle and rigorous vinification.
The estate produces about 90% white wines made from Chardonnay, among the purest and most taut of the Côte de Beaune. A few Pinot Noir cuvées discreetly complete the range.
