Domaine Jean-Yves Bizot, located in Vosne-Romanée, is one of the most confidential and sought-after estates in Burgundy. With a tiny surface area of approximately 3.5 hectares, Jean-Yves Bizot cultivates his vines with a radically artisanal approach—at the crossroads between craftsmanship and philosophy.

A former geologist turned winemaker, he practices an uncompromising form of viticulture, inspired by biodynamics though not formally certified. Each parcel is vinified separately, without destemming, using gentle maceration and no filtration. The wines are aged for extended periods in new oak barrels, always with deep respect for the fruit and its origin.
